Pending Orders
If an order is still pending(non-payment confirmation from PayPal) after 3 days in your account, the pending order may be deleted from your account. If you contact us within the 3 days and ask us to hold your pending order, we will do so. We understand unexpected things happen from time to time. Comparison shopping is fine, but let us know if you see the item(s) at a better price, so we can make adjustments. Please send us a link to the item(s). If there is no account activity for 6 months, your account may be deleted. Account activity doesn't mean a purchase. Activity can be as simple as logging in. If we feel any account was created in a fraudulent manner, we will, at our discretion, delete this account. I'm sorry if this inconveniences anyone.
